I ordered a bouquet from their website for my husband's grandmother for her birthday. They called me at the end of the day to tell me they couldn't fulfill the order because that bouquet doesn't cost enough. I asked why it was on their website and they said it was a mistake that Teleflora made and if I wanted to complain about it I needed to call them. They didn't apologize or try to offer something else to deliver that afternoon. I will not be ordering from them again.
